You all remember that Teague Quillin traveled from Maryland to Cumberland
Co., NC to Surry Co., NC to Tennessee with Delaney Herring, and that Teague
married Mary Herring?

Well, in the North Carolina Military Land Warrants in the present-day state
of Tennessee, I find that Matthew Hearon, Pvt. assigned his land to Sarah
Hearon [his widow] and to Danile Quellin, John Picken, and Stephen Slade.

Who is this Matthew Hearon and is he related to the Quillins and who is his
wife, Sarah?
