I am glad to hear from you! Many of my QUINLINs, from Athens, OH changed their spelling to QUINLAN.

A fellow at the local LDS FAMILY HISTORY CENTER said he had found ancestors from Minersville, PA.

My QUINLIN GF was born in Athens, OH in 1880 and his father had arrived there from Parkersburg, WV and Ireland.

have yo checked with teh Ellis island records ? Next would be the vessel manifests from NYC. That is where I found my GGF Dennis QUINLIN.
