With all the postings on the list I thought I`d re-post my QUINN.

Timothy QUINN probably born in the 1850s his father was Timothy from either
Kings or Queens County, Ireland. He had sisters, Sarah, Maria and Bridget &
possibly others, also 2 brothers. The boys took off to America according to
the family story. After running into trouble with the british army. I
believe Timothy was a witness in 1875 at Sarah`s wedding in Manchester,
England to John KERR. Their father had died the in 1874 so the Timothy QUINN
who witnessed the wedding of Edge St, in Hulme was probably Sarah`s brother.
He is no where to be found on the 1881 census so may be in America by now.

If anyone recognises any of these names please get in touch.

Thank you.

George Carter.
