I don't read german but I think you are saying
your Grand father in Otto Rader born in Frankfurt
your great grandfather was Casper Rader born in Berlin
all of your local records were destroyed in the WWII
that is all you know

My advice is to gather more information from records created since the
war
and ask your living relatives more questions
as I get more German records I will need more specific information on
your family

place born = Frankfort, Germany
date born =
wife's name =
wife's birth date =
wifes birth place =

Much of the information from germant is available here in america. The
LDS church microfilmed many of the German vital records prior to the
war. The Natzi records created during the war are now available
