Hello cousins!

Please correct me if I am wrong - I have listed as the parents of William RABB
(father of Rachel, Thomas, John ...) - Andrew RABB and Mary SCOTT. I have
different accounts on the parentage of Mary SCOTT. One account states that
her father is William SCOTT - and lists a source as "Pennsylvania Vital
Records, Will of William Scott, 1739" Does anyone have a copy of this will,
or know where to obtain it? Everything I find says for wills, you have to
write to the county - but I don't know what county he was in. Any help with
this would be greatly appreciated.
