Please know that this is all a hoax about these particular viruses. You
cannot get a virus from opening an e-mail. You can only get them from
opening executable FILES. If someone sends you a file attachment and you
do not know them, you should refrain from opening it or scan it first with
one of the virus programs.

Incidentally, Rootsweb has a policy that we are not supposed to send notes
regarding computer viruses to the genealogy mailing lists. I appreciate
you were trying to help others by forwarding this post though.
