Reading your 2004 post, I'm hoping you may be able to help me.
I'm researching my maternal ancestry - Waghorns from Hadlow.
My grandfather was Charles Edwin Waghorn (b. Tonbridge 1896). Survivng relatives tell me his parents were Alfred Waghorn and Annie Rabbit - but I can find no reference to their marriage, or even Annie's existence in the usual sources (Ancestry, FreeBMD, IIG). I believe she would have been born around 1869. They are both on the 1891 and 1901 Census - living at 7 Station Cottages and 78 Lavender Hill Tonbridge with children Charles, Alfred and Alice.
Can you help find Annie?
