Putting family of Rackham and Abels below in case anyone has any
connections.

Ivor - Many thanks for the Census entry. Matthew W. Rackham should be
Matthew John Rackham I think and possibly an error in writing at the time of
the Census or maybe he was Matthew John William Rackham? Complicated family
the Rackhams and Abels as they intermarried back and forth over several
generations!! 1851 Census shows -

1851 Census at Sussex Street
Mary A Rackham, head, 44, widow, house proprietor, born Woolwich, Kent
Matthew J Rackham, cousin, 35, Rector of St Augustine's Church, born Norwich
Fanny Abel, sister-in-law, 38, born Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Matthias C Abel, nephew, 4, born Bungay, Suffolk

The Mary A Rackham was Mary Ann Abel who was the widow of William Rackham
and he was the uncle of Matthew John Rackham shown in your 1861 Census entry
who married Sarah Abel. Mary Rackham [nee Abel] and Sarah Rackham [nee
Abel] were sisters. The line is as follows -
