Stan,

Yes the database does have the RIGGIN spelling. It also has RIGGEN and

If you like to have your family included just send me some kind of lineage,
descendant chart, or GedCom. I'd love to have your family as part of this
data.

<<I was just curious if your database contains the RIGGIN spelling? I have
traced my RIGGIN roots back to Madisonville, KY in the 1880's. My grandfather
Virgil RIGGIN was born there in 1882 and his father, George W. RIGGIN, shows
in one census as having been born in Illinois approx. 1854. Tho I haven't
linked him to my family, I have reference to a Carrol RIGGIN living in
Sangamon, IL (I saw Sangamon mentioned on the website discussion) later in
life, but having started a large wagon works and blacksmith shop in
Madisonville, KY, where his son, Abrum RIGGIN was born in about 1880 and took
up the blacksmithing profession. My RIGGIN family seemed to have a somewhat
common bond of being blacksmiths.

Does any of this ring any bells for the database you have developed?

Thanx for your help.
