For all those doing researching on the above named subject, I found some
interesting information on him. I have a copy of his estate settlement
dated May 17, 1813 and a copy of Sally's (2nd wife) estate settlement
dated May 20, 1816 and both of these are in Logan Co., KY. Now, to make
it really interesting, I have a copy of a lawsuit of Sally Ragsdale vs
Frederick Ragsdale, for him deserting her and leaving her with two small
children. The statement claims he left and went to Tenn. and lived "in
adultery" with another woman. This suit was filed April 18, 1827.
Thirteen years after the other Frederick died, and eleven years after
the other Sally died. This suit was filed in Logan Co., KY.
Does anyone have ANY ideas about this?
