Hi Arleta,
Thank you for your help.
This is the right John W. Ragsdale and family. This wife's name was Mary
Jane "Molly" Pruitt. They are also listed in the 1910 Cass County, Texas
census but I can't find them after that. I wrote the office of vital
statistics and asked if they could search if I give them a name only and
"died sometime after 1910". She said they will give it a try. I'll send
that information to her and keep you guys posted.
The line for Ransom is the only one I've had any kind of luck tracking. I
visited with one of his sons a year or so ago. Then he passed away in
November.
