Overby and wife Eliza Jane Overby, S.E. Pendergrass and wife Permelda Pendergrass and A.A. Langford and wife Amanda A. Langford in Hickman Co., TN, 11 Dec 1886, per DB Z (1886-1889), p 473...father and mother's tract of land...being 6 shares out of...S.E. Pendergrass corner...Dickson and Hickman county line...witnesses: Pameda Pendergrass, Manda Langford, Josie Rainey, G.H. Fealmer and S.A. Tenn.

4. Note John Rainey to Richard W. Rainey, 16 Jan 1867, Hickman Co., TN DB R, (1866-1871), p 83. John had several notes with collateral of horse mule 6yrs old, horse mule 4 yrs old, heifers, sheep. Richard was to sell them if John defalted.
