Hello Janice or should I say Cousin,
Thomas Wiley Rains was a brother of my gggrandfather Isaac Rains. My line was one of the lines
that went from Collin County, Texas to Oklahoma at the turn of the century. I located Tommy Glen
Rains who lives in Sherman who is also a descendant from Thomas W. Rains, but when I asked if he
would talk to me about his family line he said he wasn't interested in discussing that with me and hung
up on me. Ain't family great!
Hope to hear from you soon. Take care. Charles R. Hoagland
P.S. I live in Arlington, Texas.
