Sorry I can do little but some 'augmentation' of Eli's family, plus add some confusion about Perry William Ralls' birthdate. According the the 1860 census for Green Twp, Brown Co, OH (taken 2 July 1860) the following is listed:

Eli 33 KY (later census shows IN)
Hailey/Hiley A 29 OH
Clarinda 11 OH
Minerva 9 OH
Matilda 7 OH
Perry Wm 5 KY (later census shows b/d Apr 1858)
Mary F 4 KY
John 1 KY (appears he b bef Jul 1859-later shows b 1861)
