I've been attempting to research my family's ancestry for months, but all I seem to learn about Ramers is that most of them are in Pennsylvania and Arkansas. My parents and grandparents have always been west coast folk to my knowledge. I'm not sure about my great grandparents. My grandfathers name is George Ramer, and his wife is Joanne Ramer. I know I had a great grandmother named Salisbury(sp?) because I remember going to her funeral as a child. My father is David Wayne Ramer, and mother Nancy Elizabeth Dinges(formerly Ramer until their divorce). My father once visited a second cousin of his in New York when he was there on business. If anyone has any information at all I would love to hear from you. Thank you so much.
