I found the graves of Oneatta and Francis' mother, Laurilla J. (Caldwell) Ramsdell, and grandmother, Margaret (Farrar) (Caldwell) Bates, in Jefferson, Marion County, Oregon. I submitted them here: http://oregongravestones.org/cemetery.php?cemID=1608
I am currently working on getting photos of all the Ramsdell gaves that I can find in Benton, Linn, Polk & Marion counties (close to where I live in Benton County).
I also obtained the divorce judgment that included questions and answers from witnesses for Laurilla J. and Thomas M. Ramsdell's Divorce. Oneatta is mentioned in the document as being 11 years old at the time. Let me know if you are interested in a copy of that document.
