I have no record of a Proccer C. Cosper however my ancestors came from South
Carolina, thru Carroll County Georgia and into the Anniston Area (Talladega
County,) Alabama:
1. Rev. George Henry Cosper (Casper) born 17 Oct 1773 mrd Elizabeth ? born
18 Jan 1779 in South Carolina:

2. Three sons: Jacob, George Henry and Harmon P. Cosper;

3. From these three sons there were quite a few children who migrated to
Mississippi, Texas, New Mexico and Az.

My information is sketchie and not to be considered reliable. I do have a
copy of an article written in 1955 by a Cosper descendent in Arizona which sites
a lot of information. I do NOT have a scanner available but will send a copy of
the article to whomever requests it.

I guess that Proccer C. Cosper is a descendant from this line as are many of
us. My grandmother was a Cosper from Anniston Alabama.
If I can be of further help I will do what I can. AT the present my genealogy
search has been halted but will continue to keep anyone who is interested in any
