My Rauscher family is from Galicia... We traced our family roots back to Moshe Rauscher... he had at least two sons named Louis and Juda (Yehuda... Julius). We think that Moshe had a father named Joseph. Our other names in our family are Jacob, Harry, Morris, Martin, George, Charles, and Samuel.

Moshe was married to Mamie Stecher. Louis married Leha. Another common first name for the women was Helen and Toby.
