Do you know of an Owen Read/Reed who signed a legal paper for or with a John GLAZE and his wife Sarah GLAZE in Charles Co., MD in early 1700's?

I'm wondering if he might be a relative of Sarah GLAZE and if he might be related to William E. Reed and his son George Reed of NJ, or MD, VA, and later NC. I might be that William E. came from England to NJ, had 3 sons, George, John, and ?, died in NJ and his sons moved on to the other states.
