Doesn't appear to be. The Rebecca Reed closest in date of birth listed
is:

Rebecca Reed, daughter of John and Rebecca (Gooding) Reed.
b. April 12, 1813 at Taunton, Mass.
m. Sept 10, 1845 to James H Cushman; b. Oct 17 1809 at Kingston, Mass.
Four children listed. (pg 606)
