Bonnie,
If there are less than 20 e-mails, you scroll down the page to read each one.
If there are 20 or more you have to download the file then open it using
notepad or some other word software. I use AOL and if the file needs
downloaded there is an icon button visible that says "download". I then can go
to drive "c", aol, download folder, and click on that file. It will
automatically open to a text reader to be read.
When you download you can choose the defaut name given or you can give any
name you like.
