IMHO - Depending on your choice of database, any and all information can
be input and coded so that sensitive information does not export or
print unless you specifically select that information. This way you can
retrieve information without thumbing through files or keeping a
seperate database. Personally, I prefer information on all the family
to be in one spot. Otherwise I put it where I think I can find it and
when I need it I "can't" find it. LOL
