Subject: [RI-CENSUS] 1920 Middletown census look-up
Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2001 09:36:24 +0100
Hi list,
If anyone could do a look-up for the 1920 census for Middletown and/or Newport I would be very grateful. I'm trying to solve a family mystery!
I'm looking for Catherine HART. She was born in Yorkshire, England in 1866. In the 1900 Newport census she is living as a servant at West Broadway, Newport.
A contact I used to have in RI told me she was on the 1920 census for Middletown, but I searched the records on ancestry.com and can't find her!
She married Benjamin D Hart in 1900 if that's any help - he was a musician in the army.
Many thanks for all your help,
Gill Walmsley
London, England.
