Jerry Hale notes Richmond books available from Higginson.

Higginson reprints books by photocopy or microfilm copy, and binds them in
simple sturdy bindings. I have the J.B. Richmond book - I've never seen the
others Jerry lists - does anyone on this list have them?

Expect a delay of two months when you order (they tell you this) because
books are manufactured individually. Higginson frequently discounts its
prices - check their ads in the Genealogical Helper - so that you usually
won't pay full price.
