Dear RI Researchers--I'm looking for information on the paternity of a
4th great-grandmother of mine, Susanna Davenport, of Little Compton.
She was born 23 Oct 1730 and married James Bennett Jr of Little
Compton on 6 Dec 1753, according to Wilbour's Little Compton Families.
In Arnold's VR of RI, she is listed as the dgtr of Mary Davenport
(birthdate as given in Wilbour's LC Families) and the sister of
Sylvester, born 20 July 1728. The reference is to page 86 of Vol 1 of
LC records. However, no father is mentioned.

Any and all help appreciated in solving this problem.
