I believe this 1810 Philadelphia, PA High Street Ward page 7 census to
be the one for John H Rigg who would be the Grandfather of Thomas H
Riggs.

According to a Dearborn co, Indiana history book, John H Rigg died
sometime in 1810 in Philadelphia, PA.

The 1810 census says it was done Wednesday 8 August 1810:

9 Fourth Street East near High Street
Merchant
John H. Rigg
2 male children under 10
1 male age 26 thru 44

2 female children under 10
1 female age 26 thru 44

1 "All other free persons"

One of his sons maintained RIGG-Henry Rigg b 1804 Philadelphia, PA lived
all his adult life in Dearborn co, IN
The other son used RIGGS-George Augustus Riggs b 1810 Philadelphia, PA
One daughter that I believe I have correctly traced but not proven used
Riggs Caroline Riggs b 1806 PA
