Alice Smith, born 1664 in Providence was daughter of Edward Smith and
Amphillis Angell. Edward Smith was son of Christopher Smith and Alice
( ). Amphillis Angel was daughter of Thomas Angell and Alice
Ashton.

I have lots more information on this SMITH line (also lots on John
Smith the Miller), though not much more on Amey Whipple besides her
two children (Anne & John) by her first husband John Crawford.
