Hi Sandy,
I don't find James HOWARD but I did find a Florence HOWARD born 01 AUG
1891 her parents are William HOWARD and Elizabeth HOWARD there is a Minnie
S. Howard born 25 JAN 1893 same parents.

Then I find a William H. HOWARD married Elizabeth L. JORDAN 05 SEP 1878. The
latter would seem to be your Howards. I will look more into this as I have
work in the morning gotta get up at 6:15 YIPES!!!!!!! Tracy
