I finally managed to get the RI vital records cd ordered via telephone just
now.

I agree with the last poster, Ancestry.com should be glad to have our input.
If the site were more accessible they'd have much more business. All we are
asking is a product that works well. Nothing wrong with expecting that
much...nothing at all.
