Greetings Listers,

I am trying to find a connection in the BUTTS family of Little Compton
with my Gr-Grandmother, Dora (BUTTS) DRIVER. I have a genealogy written
by Francis Bannister BUTTS that is somewhat disjointed and we cannot find
a connection with Dora. The family in question begins with Thomas BUTTS,
b. abt 1658 in Norfolk, Eng; d. abt Nov 1702 in Little Compton, RI.
Thomas was married to Elizabeth; their son Zaccheus was born abt 1667 in
Little Compton. I have found other family members listed in a Providence
Cemetery (Swan Point) namely: John Wood BUTTS, Mehitable (WENTWORTH)
BUTTS, & Frances Bannister BUTTS.

Dora (BUTTS) Driver was born Jan 1874 in Peabody, Ma; parents were
William D. & Olive Maria (Prescott). William was born in Charleston, MA.
