the surname MARTIN was of Portuguese descent from the Azores Islands?

Hello to R.I. Genners:
If anyone goes to a flea market (that's what it's called in N.J. where I
live) or a garage sale and someone is offering vintage R.I. postcards for
sale will you please keep me in mind. My grandparents and late father
came from R.I. and I'm interested in building a R.I. album. Also, if
anyone ever find any letters, etc. with the following names please give
me an opportunity to buy them, thanks:
