I am looking for Robert Edward Rooney. He is my father. I know nothing about him except for what was on my birth certificate. He was born in Pennsylvania, about 1928 or 1929. He was in the service at Fairchild Airforce Base outside of Spokane, Washington around 1953. I am curious on what type of person he is or was. Also what type of medical history is in his background. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bobbie
