Gary,

1. For an answer to your Scotch or Irish (or worse yet
Scotch-Irish), try the
(Scotch-Irish Genealogy List).
Sometimes the
answer is yes to all three <G>, but they have a lot of
experts and knowledge
there on this topic. I've found that my McNarney is
probably Irish, but there
are some Scots with that name, and the Irish are from
Northern Ireland.

2. My ggg-grandaunt, Mary Magdalene Schetzsle (b.
9/18/1822) was born in
Lancaster, Ohio and married a Laurence Shue there. They
moved to Wabash
County Indiana later, and are both buried there. By any
chance do you have
any references to Laurence?
