I've recently acquired Family Tree Maker and I entered a database of one
surname into it with the idea of making a report and putting it on my
website dedicated to that surname (GIDEON in case anyone is interested).
I do NOT want to publish it to a FTM website, but to my already
established Gideon site. I can generate the report just fine but I'll
be ding-dang-doodled if I can figure out how to save it as a text file
as can be done with Brother's Keeper. Before I give up, make a GEDCOM
of the mess and move it into BK, can someone explain to me if what I am
trying to do is possible with FTM and if so, HOW do I do this???????

I also have a 10,000+ database recently given to me to place online of
the Bishop Hill (IL) colonists...it was done in FTM also...
