Can anyone do a look up on these census Index's and tell me about any
SHOOP's or an ELIAS SHOOP is located on them. I have very little
information on him and I have tried with the given birthdate, but I get
no results. The name in the obituary is SHUPE, but could not locate an
Elias under that spelling. Found listing's for Shoop, and for Elias
Shoop under these indexes. I will give the information I currently
have, just in case it may help.

ELIAS SHUPE/SHOOP/SCHUPP/SCHUPE/SHOUP
Born: 31 December 1819 Northford, PA...or Montgomery County...possibly
even born in Mulberry

Elias was the youngest of 9 children


SHOOP's in 1860 Fam. Arch. #318 PA
SHOOP, ELIAS 1850 Fam. Arch. #317 PA
SHOOP, ELIAS Eastern PA Census Index 1870 #286


I would appreciate any assistance I could get or any thought for leads
on locating him in other possible ways. Thank you all in advance for
