There is a man by the name of James Deselm in my family tree. His last
name is spelled various ways in various places. I'm hoping that someone
will recognize the name and be able to clear this up for me. Better
yet- I hope to find someone who is in his family tree!

The variations: Deselm.... (which is what his children go by)
Dissallums..... Disallums..... DeSelms.

He was married to Mary Ann Addy in Guernsey Co, OH on Aug 18, 1841. He
remained in Guernsey County, OH for approximately 7 years, then set out
for Peoria County, IL.

His wife and children (with the possible exception of one) are all
buried at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Hollis Twp, Peoria Co, IL.

If anyone has any information on this man or his descendents, please do
not hesitate to contact me!
