Help, I am trying to get more information on Darius ALLEN who was a rope
manufacturer in Brooklyn, Kings County, NY in 1870s-1880s. In 1881 he would
have been 50-60+ years old. I also suspect that his son George was a rope
manufacturer after the turn of the century (possibly in Yonkers, Westchester
County). Does anyone have any information on Darius. His father may also
have been called Darius and lived in Kings County, NY.
Can anyone do a census lookup for me in the 1860 census for Darius ALLEN
in Kings County, NY.
