Help rooters,

How much of the public domain info can be "taken" by someone getting a
copyright on it?

Another researcher sent me a letter saying my webpage info had her info
on it (some of it was from her, some I'd gotten from my own research),
which included only stuff you can get in public records, like census
info, and land records.

Where's the dividing line? If I don't include someone's analysis of the
public info...can I use their info, if they've given it to me?
