I am hoping someone can help me with information on my grandparents marriage.
We had always thought they were married in North Dakota but have had no luck
there. Their names: Winnie Ruth Smith and Cecil Leslie Roach. Their first
child was born Dec. 1922 in Beckham County and it is possible they were
married in that county also in 1921 or 1922. I have written to the Beckham
County Courthouse with no response so far.
The couple had family in Greer and Washita Counties also so I know it's a long
shot.
