I agree, Jan - there is a lot of sloppiness in the genealogical work done by
members. I have run into it a time or two myself. It's probably because
people feel pressure to do the work and so they cut corners in order to get
it done. That's sad. It should be a fun, deeply spiritual experience and
when it is rushed, it is neither. So maybe that will help you understand a
little better, and help all of us (especially me!) to slow down, check the
facts, and enjoy the trip as much as the destination.
