Dear Roots:

I want to applaud Jerry Merritt and Helen S. Ullmann for their comments
about consulting psychics. I believe our ancestors have a greater
connection to us than to some unknown person asking them questions.
Wouldn't you be more willing to tell someone information that you know
and might possibly have a connection with than someone you are not
familiar with. I have had a number of experiences with my ancestors
over the years from doing genealogy. But I let them come to me. I also
use the power of prayer and will talk to my ancestors when I walk
through cemeteries. Call me crazy but it works.

I really enjoy ROOTS-L and all the comments made here whether I agree
with them or not. Please no flames just wanting to give my input
instead of sitting back and observing.
