Subject: Which Tree to Follow?

I am sure I will get many answers to this one but help solve a
problem....
A child is born out of wedlock and was given the last name of the
mother's first husband she was still married to though that man is not
the child's biological father.
The woman later marries the real biological father when the child is 10
years old but he never gives the child his last name.
Which tree would you follow for this child?
