I am seeking information re my maternal grgr-grandmother, Emilie REIMANN,
supposedly born May 1834 in Dresden, Germany and emigrated to the U.S. ca.
1850 in company with her father, Johann REIMANN. Did her mother and/or
siblings accompany them? What were their names and vital stats? When arrived,
what ship and port of entry? How and why did they migrate to Arkansas, where
Emilie REIMANN married James Madison CLOUD ca. 1870 in Saline County AR,
migrated in 1888 to Wichita Falls, Wichita County TX, operated a grocery
business and died there in 1927 and 1925 respectively, after fostering five
children? His father was Tilghman H. CLOUD who accompanied Emilie and James
Madison Cloud to Texas. I have been unsuccessful in locating Johann REIMANN
in federal census schedules since 1850.

Any help will be appreciated. Please request clarifications if needed.
