I have heard of Regina being modified to Rena due to younger siblings
unable to pronounce it; also had a relative by the name of Morean who
went by Renie but it could have easily been modified into Rena had the
family chosen. Look at the time period and see what other names were
popular to see if you can get other hints at name possibilities. Good
