I am trying to look for a death certificate for Clara BLOSE that occured in
Chicago, Cook County, 24 November 1919. At the LDS they have the death
index that includes that year. It lists the certificate number as 6030018.
When I look for the film for that year it's only by certificate number, not
by county first like other years. The number has a maximum of five
characters. I ordered the film for certificate "30018" which is number
1562399. When I go to the certificate, I get someone different from a
different county.

Does anyone know the LDS film numbers for Cook County deaths in 1919?
