I found Jonathan Pace's post expressed my feelings also. I have on three occassions tried to bring up a questionable lineage point in Bruce's book but with little or no response.
I have not been a serious PACE researcher. I do have most of the books that Gordon posted yesterday in my library and will be glad to do look ups for members. The log shows I sent a list of these books to the List but I do not know if it was posted.
Bruce Howard made some conclusions in his book which do not have documentation but are based on speculation and passed along as theories. As a professional genealogist I find fault with some his conclusions. I plan to do some serious research on these events this winter on a week long trip to the library at SLC. I would welcome disucssion on these points as well as reference to original documents.
