I have been trying to get a copy of my mother's birth certificate.She was
born in Philadelphia in 1904.I have sent my request to three different
addresses and each time it is returned to me with a different return reason.
Does anyone out there have a sure fire address, if so i would truly
appreciate their sharing it with me.
