Short form is, you need to reboot your machine.<g> This is a little present
from Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express.....there doesn't seem to be
any set time to it, but sooner or later that software will muck with your
machine, and if you try to open FTM after that, you'll get that message.
Opening FTM *before* IE/OE or *immediately* after opening them generally
prevents that.<g>
