World War II draft registrations are available from the Selective Service
System, through the Freedom of Information Act.
The registration card shows a registrant's name, date of birth, home
address, and Selective Service Registration Number. It may include
additional information like a phone number and/or marital status.
The Privacy Act requires that you provide proof that the registrant is now
deceased; or if living, have written permission from the registrant:
