11/2/00 I feel this is just a gimmick to generate more money for
Ancestry.com. I knew it would be like this when they bought out ROOTS.
I go to the site and when the info comes up........yeah,
right...........it tells you it's for premium sunscribers only, and yet
it has told you it's FREE access until 11/12/00.
We're all having to pay thru our noses because so many used ROOTS
and never one time donated one penny. I was happy to donate money each
month, because I'd had so much help from so many wonderful people out
there. For this, I thank you each and everyone. It was worth every penny
I donated. Now we all suffer because of the few who 'used- and- never-
donated.'
I wont "hash-and-rehash" this subject.
I just wanted to 'speak-out' about what's being done to us researchers
now.
PLEASE. Don't bother to start a barrage of email on the subject.
This is for researching and I want it to stay that way.
